Guidelines and Information:

  • You must have proof of insurance and be at least 7 years old to fly
  • You will need to sign a liability release to participate
  • Though we don't have a maximum weight, you must be able to hold your own body weight from a static bar for 20 seconds. If you are unsure, we can try it out on the low bar.
  • Our safety belts are designed to accommodate waists up to size 38.
  • Punctuality is strongly encouraged. It is good to leave time to warm up and sign waiver 
  • Wear close-fitting athletic attire and socks. Leave jewelry at home.
  • Glasses must be break-resistant and secured with elastic straps.

About Flying Trapeze

Flying Trapeze is just as much fun as it looks. Come learn to swing, fly, catch, spot and more. Safety lines, a body harness, and of course a net will allow you to fly through the air with the greatest of ease. Flying Trapeze is an appropriate sport for people of all ages and abilities. The Flying Trapeze is the perfect thing to help you face your fears and will potentially get you into the best shape of your life. General Information

Ways to Fly: 

Private Classes/Parties

Cost is $760. Class time is up to 2 hrs. On average class lasts about 90 minutes. We adjust time according to number of participants, in order to assure ample flight time. Call 210-775-8106 or email hiddenhillstrapeze@gmail.com to schedule. Special arrangements can be made groups over 8 participants. Inquire for details.

Try & Fly Sundays

Not sure trapeze is your thing, and want to give it a try, Try & Fly Classes are the perfect thing! Held only on Sunday mornings at 8:30am. Reservation required. Call Lisa (210-775-8106), Wayne (210-947-8654) or email hiddenhillstrapeze@gmail.com to schedule. Check out our Monthly Specials.

* As we are a club, we do not offer many drop-in classes. Since trapeze is one person at a time, we can accommodate ranges of abilities. In order to fly regularly, it is best to join Intro to Intro to Trapeze Workshop, so you can get ready to join the Trapeze Club

Flying Trapeze Club

‚ÄčOnce you are part of the club, we can work out times that are convenient to fly. Usually evenings and weekends.
Cost is $129/mo or $100/mo on auto-pay.
